Shoptrics is operated by Se7enfigure inc. from Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information the Shoptrics website collects, why it is collected, who else is involved, and what choices and rights visitors have.

In this policy, “Shoptrics,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Se7enfigure inc. operating Shoptrics. “Site” means shoptrics.se7enfigure.com. This policy is written to follow PIPEDA, Canada's federal private-sector privacy law, and is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy — including the technical and usage information that is collected automatically by the act of visiting, described in section 2. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Site.

1. What Shoptrics is

Shoptrics is a storefront that showcases products. Most products shown on the Site are sold by other companies, not directly by Shoptrics.

• Many products link to Amazon. Shoptrics takes part in the Amazon Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. The tracking IDs used by Shoptrics are shoptrics-20 for Canada and shoptrics2us-20 for the United States.
• Street Te apparel is sold through Creator Spring.
• When you choose an Amazon or Creator Spring product, you leave Shoptrics and finish the purchase on that seller's website, under that seller's terms and privacy policy.
• Shoptrics does not process payments for Amazon or Creator Spring products and never sees or receives the payment-card details you enter with those sellers.
• Shoptrics is independent. Amazon and Creator Spring do not own, sponsor, or endorse Shoptrics, and a product appearing on the Site does not mean its seller endorses the Site.

2. Information we collect

Email signup information

If you join the waitlist or sign up for the newsletter, we collect the email address you choose to give us. Joining is voluntary.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.

Basic technical and usage information

When you visit the Site, standard hosting and analytics logs may record basic technical and usage information, such as your IP address, the type of device and browser used, and the pages visited. This information helps the Site operate and helps us understand how it is being used in overall terms.

Information we do not collect through Shoptrics checkout

Because Amazon and Creator Spring handle their own checkouts, Shoptrics does not collect or store the payment information you enter on their websites.

3. Cookies

The Site may use cookies and similar browser storage. Cookies are small files stored on your device.

• Necessary cookies help the Site work properly and support basic functions and security.
• Analytics cookies help us understand visits and page use in overall terms.

By using the Site, you accept the use of cookies as described in this section. You can disable or remove cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work as expected.

4. How we use information

We use the information described in this policy only for purposes connected with Shoptrics, including:

• Sending launch, newsletter, product, and offer emails to people who signed up to receive them.
• Managing the signup list and respecting unsubscribe requests.
• Operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Site and its content.
• Understanding which pages and products visitors are interested in, in overall terms.
• Responding to a question or request sent to us.

We collect only the information we need for these purposes, and we use it only for the purposes described here or with your consent.

5. We never sell your information

We never sell personal information to third parties.

We also do not rent or trade our email list, and we do not share personal information with another company for that company's own marketing.

6. Third parties, sharing, and linked sites

Some services involved in running Shoptrics or completing a purchase are provided by other companies:

• Amazon — Product purchases made through Amazon take place on Amazon and are handled under Amazon's own privacy policy.
• Creator Spring — Street Te apparel purchases take place through Creator Spring and are handled under its own privacy policy.
• Email service — We use an email service to send waitlist and newsletter messages and to manage unsubscribe requests. Email addresses are handled by that service for those purposes.
• Website hosting and technical services — Service providers may process basic technical information so the Site can operate and stay secure. Service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

We share information only as needed to operate the Site and the services described above, to meet a legal requirement, to protect the Site or its users, or when the person concerned has agreed.

Once you leave Shoptrics

The Site contains links to websites we do not operate, including Amazon and Creator Spring. Links are provided for convenience; a link is not an endorsement. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, their products, their prices, or any purchase or other transaction you complete there. Each of those websites has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply once you leave the Site. Product information shown on the Site comes from the sellers and can change at any time. By following a product link, you acknowledge that you are leaving Shoptrics, that you do so by your own choice, and that any purchase happens under that seller's terms and privacy policy and at your own risk.

7. Your email choices and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can use that link at any time to stop receiving marketing emails from Shoptrics. Unsubscribe requests will be honoured promptly.

If you contact us directly about a question or problem, we may reply to that message, but unsubscribing stops future marketing emails.

8. How long information is kept

We keep a subscriber's email address while the person remains subscribed and for as long as reasonably needed to manage the list and keep proper records. After an unsubscribe, the address is removed from the active marketing list. A limited record may be kept so we can remember not to send further marketing emails to that address.

Basic technical and usage logs are kept only for a limited period needed for Site operation, security, and review.

When personal information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information under our control. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will respond as Canadian law requires, which can include notifying the people affected and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Payment information entered on Amazon or Creator Spring is handled by those companies under their own security practices and privacy policies.

10. Your privacy rights

Under PIPEDA, you have rights over the personal information described in this policy. You may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy or an explanation of how it has been used.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdraw your consent at any time — for marketing email, the unsubscribe link is the fastest route.
• Ask us to delete the email address you gave us.
• Complain about how your information was handled — contact us first so we can look into it, and you may also complain to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

To use any of these rights, email us at support@se7enfigure.com. We may need to confirm you are the person the information is about before we release or change it. We respond within the time the law requires.

11. Children

Shoptrics is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly use the Site to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us an email address, contact us so we can look into removing it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and we do not owe you any separate notice of a change. Continuing to use the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy. Please check the posted policy for the version that applies.

13. Accountability, governing law, and contact

Se7enfigure inc. is accountable for the personal information described in this policy. The person responsible for privacy at Se7enfigure inc. can be reached at the contact below.

This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. If any part of this policy cannot be enforced, the rest of the policy still applies.
