Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to shoptrics.se7enfigure.com (the “Site”), operated by Se7enfigure inc. of Ontario, Canada. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the terms that govern your use of the Site.

1. Acceptance — using the Site means you agree

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Site.

No signature, account, or separate acceptance step is required: your use of the Site is your agreement. You use the Site voluntarily, of your own free will, and at your own discretion and risk.

2. Shoptrics is a showcase, not the seller

Shoptrics displays products offered by other companies, mainly Amazon and Creator Spring. For those products, Shoptrics is not the seller. Any purchase is a contract between you and the seller, and the seller handles payment, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and product support.

If you contact Shoptrics about an order, a delivery, a refund, or a product you bought, we will point you to the seller — for Amazon purchases, Amazon's customer service is the right place.

3. Prices and availability

Prices, discounts, and availability are set by the sellers and can change at any time without notice. We work to keep Site information accurate, but we do not guarantee any price, discount, or availability shown or implied on the Site. The price that applies is the one shown on the seller's website when you check out.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Shoptrics takes part in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program. The Site must state, and does state:

“As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.”

This means Shoptrics may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on the Site, at no extra cost to the buyer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or try to damage the Site or its security.
• Try to gain access to any part of the Site, or any system or list behind it, that you are not allowed to access.
• Misrepresent who you are, or your connection with any person or company, when you contact us or use the Site.
• Use the Site to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Shoptrics name, branding, layout, and text on the Site belong to Se7enfigure inc. or its licensors. Product names, logos, images, and brand names belong to their owners, including Amazon and the product makers. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use any of them, except as the law allows.

7. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content — including accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose — and no warranty that the Site will run without interruption or errors. Any warranty on a product comes from its seller or maker, not from Shoptrics.

8. Limitation of liability

Products, prices, and availability are third-party matters. To the fullest extent allowed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, Se7enfigure inc. and the people who own and run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, and are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site, from your reliance on anything shown on the Site, from any third-party website, or from any product bought from a third party. Nothing in these terms removes liability that the law does not allow to be removed. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your only remedy is to stop using it.

9. Indemnification

If your misuse of the Site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim or demand to be made against Se7enfigure inc. by someone else, you agree to cover the resulting loss, damage, liability, and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows.

10. Third-party links

The Site links to other websites for convenience. A link is not an endorsement, we do not control those websites, and we are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave the Site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and we do not owe you any separate notice of a change. Continuing to use the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute about the Site or these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

13. General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Se7enfigure inc. about your use of the Site. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that does not mean we give it up.
